A Thai Airways flight bound for Brisbane was forced to make an emergency landing in Bali on Monday due to an engine problem.
Flight TG-473, with 264 passengers on board, departed Bangkok three hours behind schedule in the early hours of Monday.
Several hours into the flight the plane suddenly changed course with cabin crew informing passengers the flight had be diverted to Ngurah Rai International Airport due to a technical fault.
Upon arrival at Denpasar passengers were put up in a local hotel until engineers repaired the fault.
